Insights Discovery Personal Profile
The Insights Discovery Profile is a practical personal development tool which gives you a powerful insight into yourself and others.
The Discovery Personal Profile provides:

- An understanding of other’s personality traits

Unlike other tools, Insights Discovery focuses equally on your ability to recognise and adapt to others as well as understanding your own style.
To receive the Discovery Personal Profile, you complete a 25-frame on-line evaluator and from this we compile your Personal Profile. Each Discovery Profile contains a Foundation Chapter which gives information on your style, key strengths and weaknesses, value to a team, communication, possible blind spots and suggestions for development.
In addition to the core Foundation Chapter, additional chapters include a Management Chapter, Personal Achievement Chapter, Effective Selling Chapter and Interview Chapter.
