The Insights Discovery Full Circle is the perfect complement to the Insights Discovery Personal Profile as it represents the next step on the journey to self-awareness. The Full Circle Profile provides an additional insight and a fresh perspective into how others see you.

Who is it for?
Leaders, managers, team leaders and project managers who seek a clear picture of their own style and the impact they have on those around them.
Duration:
The Discovery Full Circle Profiles can be used for individual coaching sessions or as a group on a facilitated 1 day programme.
To receive the Discovery Full Circle Profile, you complete a 25-frame evaluator and your designated feedback group (between 2 and 12 people) complete a 10-frame evaluator with comments. All feedback can be named or anonymous.
Profile Overview:
- Combines self-perception with the perceptions of the feedback group
- Separates the feedback group as an aggregated group and also as individuals
- Uses the Discovery framework to compare and contrast perspectives
- Is positive and non-threatening, reinforcing strengths and development areas
- Gives honest yet supportive feedback on the impact the individual may have on others
