Leadership & Management Training
Our training and coaching programmes help managers through to senior leaders develop their skills, ability and behaviour to competently lead their people and the business. We design programmes to meet your needs, from a foundation approach to management to senior leadership development.
We combine leadership skills training with an in-depth understanding of leadership behaviours and a practical approach on how to take this back into the work environment. We use practical examples, debates, self analysis and challenging activities where delegates need to use their leadership skills to complete a given assignment. Our challenges range from indoor construction activities to outdoor sailing activities. These challenges put delegates in situations where there is a need to lead by example, motivate, inspire and foster team spirit to get the job done.
The 2-3 day Management Skills Programme is aimed at new managers who are making the adjustment from working alongside a team to managing a team. This programme will equip new managers with the skills required to manage and motivate a team to reach performance targets.

This programme will give leaders an in depth understanding of best practice leadership behaviours and the tools to develop these, an in depth look at human behaviour to improve accountability, motivation and performance and dramatically improved communication skills.
