Government Grant for Training and Development
You could qualify for a Train to Gain grant of up to £1000 towards leadership and management training or coaching.
Train to Gain is the division of Business Link dedicated to providing support for businesses requiring training and development. Train to Gain enables directors and managers to benefit from a non-repayable grant of up to £1000 towards leadership and management training or coaching.
Train to Gain Eligibility Criteria
- Available to business, public sector and charitable organisations with 5-250 staff
- Up to £1000 to help develop your business leadership skills
- The first £500 is available to managing directors, owner managers and company directors and does not need to be matched
- A further grant of up to £500, which must be match funded is available to senior managers or key decision makers
- All training or coaching must have started and the grant claimed within 90 days of the grant being approved. All grants are exclusive of VAT
- Previous beneficiaries of Train to Gain funded leadership and management training are not eligible
