We deliver engaging team building events and team coaching to improve team performance and productivity. Our teambuilding events are motivational, practical and highly effective, designed to improve team relationships, team effectiveness and improve team performance.

Every organisation and every team is different so we tailor our content and delivery to meet your specific needs. We can create a completely bespoke team building session for you, we also offer our core Team Effectiveness Programme and bespoke team coaching. Team building programmes and teambuilding events range from half day virtual sessions to 2-3 day intensive programmes with follow up coaching.

Insights Team Effectiveness

The Team Effectiveness Programme provides a unique approach to team development, focussing on improving relationships and interactions between team members and at the same time creating an environment where the team can identify areas for improvement in team performance and productivity.

The programme enables team members to step back and look objectively at their performance, examining their purpose, their values, their goals, their strengths and weaknesses, the contribution that each team member brings to the team and how to communicate most effectively with each other to get the best results.

The Insights Team Effectiveness Programme focuses on improving how the team functions as a whole, to enable increased team performance and productivity.

We use a team diagnostic to aid open and honest exploration of how the team functions, enabling the team to analyse its strengths and potential weaknesses and action plan against these to improve team performance

Team Coaching

Executive coaching or leadership coaching is recognised as a key development tool for leaders, supporting them to reach their goals and potential, yet few organisations have yet realised the benefits of team coaching. Considering that teams rather than individuals are responsible for delivering most organisational goals, team coaching has huge potential.

Team Coaching supports a team to agree, define and deliver its goals and objectives by working together collaboratively. Too often teams operate with mixed agendas and objectives; team coaching enables a team to come to agreement on its goals and objectives and the method of achieving these with buy in to the outcome and accountability for the process. Team coaching enables teams to generate ideas, solve problems and drive improvement collaboratively and at the same time build team spirit.

We deliver a 3-Phase Approach to Team Coaching:

Phase 1: Contracting

Contracting on the purpose, objectives and outcomes required.

Phase 2: Research

Delivery of one to one research sessions with each team member to clarify personal objectives/needs and individual team members’ perceptions of the team.

Phase 3: Team Coaching Sessions

The initial sessions focus on understanding how the team currently functions and agreeing and defining the team’s future agenda and goals. This is then followed by a series of team coaching sessions over a 6-12 month period which could include: team feedback sessions, observation during live team meetings, team reviews, improving current working practices and action planning.

Additional one to one executive coaching sessions are offered to the team leader and/or individual team members as required.
